Josh is survived by his Parents, Angela & Hector, his 2 Sisters, Alexis & Anastasia & His Grandmother Victoria.
This is the only Picture his Mother has with her holding him, in fact, I do believe it is the only picture she ever had taken with him in her arms, untill the day she held him when he went to be an Angel.
Josh was born in New Orleans Nov 20, 2008, with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome & Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, (please go to CDLS.org to find out more abt this RARE Syndrome), he underwent 2 open heart surgeries, he was a little fighter until his little body finally gave out & he went to be an Angel on Sept. 5th, 2009 in his Mothers arms. We will never know why his stay on this earth was so short, nor will we ever understand it.
